Does it cost anything to join?
Nope. Browsing and RSVPing are free. We’ll introduce optional paid perks for hosts and power users later, but discovery stays free forever.
Why a waitlist?
El Paso is our test‑bed. We're stress‑testing features, meeting local hosts, and keeping the vibe organic. Every person who joins the waitlist—or taps around in the beta—gives us the data and momentum we need to build VybeLocal at full scale.
I’m under 18—can I use VybeLocal?
For now, VybeLocal is 18+. Family‑friendly events will require an adult account to RSVP until we deploy dedicated youth‑safety tools.
Can I post my OnlyFans / MLM / service ads?
Hard no. VybeLocal is for experiences—think community runs, pop‑up galleries, live DJ sets. No risqué fan‑page links, pyramids, or unsolicited services.
How do vibe‑points work?
Every RSVP and check‑in earns vibe‑points. Early adopters stack double points, redeemable later for merch drops, partner perks, or skipping the line at popular events.
Will I get spammed with notifications?
No. By default we send a single email when your RSVP is accepted and a reminder 2 hours before go‑time. SMS is opt‑in only.
How do I delete my data?
Inside the app, Settings ➜ Good‑bye mode. We wipe your profile, RSVPs, and vibe‑points within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy.
